OVERVIEW: DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Weekend shift Learning Lead to join our distribution center team in Fort Worth. Shift for the Learning Lead position: 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am Monday-Friday Hourly Rate $21.60 + $1.00/hr The DC Learning Lead will work

Coordinate Day 3 with operational trainers; assist when needed Support other trainings (i.e PIT, orientation, safety, etc.) Ensure PIT classroom training is followed ASAP by practical training.
Partner with shift on Cross training needs and assist in developing plans for peak workloads

High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in distribution center/retail Candidates must be at least 18 years of age WMS-Manhattan & PMMS Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Basic English reading comprehension & numerical reasoning skills.

Share pertinent data (scorecards, team sheets, gap time, accuracy, etc.) that serve as improvement reference points.
Provide feedback to supervisor and Training Manager for follow-up.
Coordinate Day 3 with operational trainers

Work with supervisors and Training Manager to support improvement needed or help with coaching/education/observations for additional teammate learning to have a better understanding of PWM's/PAR and their role.
4:00pm-12:30am Monday-Friday Hourly Rate $21.60 + $1.00/hr The DC Learning Lead will work directly with the DC Learning Manager to support teammate development and drive PAR performance.
