About the role
- They will really be a bridge between where a program is handed off from the PM team to the Coordinators.
- US based resource working remote with GP and client team on East and West coast.
Responsibilities
- This role will sit between the Capability Leads (Strategy) / PM (execution), and the ongoing Delivery Operations (Coordinators).
- They will manage the Coordinators and be responsible for making sure that the PM team hands off programs correctly - ensuring tasks are defined, documentation to support the programs is in place, etc.
- They will manage the Coordinator team and be responsible for directing their daily work and priorities.
- Initially, there will be a good amount of work setting up processes and workflow between the client the PM team and the ongoing support from the Coordinators.
