About the role
- We produce strap, stretch and protective packaging.
- We also manufacture packaging tools and equipment used to apply the bulk packaging materials.
Responsibilities
- Manages the customer experience including processing and entering customer data in an accurate and timely manner; maintaining effective customer satisfaction and support.
- Routine customer service support with accounts receivables and payables
- Manage open PO Maintenance
- Create and prepare documents and spreadsheets for accruals
- Support department with office duties, special projects, and various errands, as needed
Skills
- These commercial packaging products are used to pack, bundle, unitize, protect, and secure goods during warehousing and transit.
Compensation
- The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.90 - $26.65 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location.
- Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
- Pay all vendor invoices, checking for appropriate GL codes, approvals & purchase orders
