About the role

  • SEI's Advisor intermediary business is growing the Sales & Experience Team to continue to accelerate business growth.
  • This role reports to the Managing Director of the National Accounts Team and works directly with the entire National Accounts Team and cross-functionally across the Sales & Experience and the Marketing organizations of the Advisor business.
  • This role is headquarters-based in the Oaks, Pennsylvania Global Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Work in coordination with National Account Managers and senior Business Development Directors to drive territory growth through lead generation activities.
  • Proactively and directly engage prospective clients, led by telephone, email, and online meetings, to drive new sales opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or in a related field, or minimum of 2 years' SEI experience in lieu of degree.
  • Current NASAA Series 65 or Series 66 license or ability to acquire within 90 days.
  • Experience in multi-channel communication mediums, including individual face-to-face interactions, in-person one-to-many presentations, virtual one-to-many presentations, live video, recorded video, phone and email.
  • Outstanding time-management and organizational skills, plus the track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both within a team and independently as a self-starter, and a willingness to learn and be mentored.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and tackle problems, thinking critically and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a track record in buyer satisfaction.
  • This position is Headquarters-based in the Oaks, Pennsylvania Global Headquarters with limited travel.
