About the role
- Product Support: Support for Asset Services on installed base and Reporting at a global level across factories. Processes: Work with EMEA and Americas teams to develop, improve, and streamline customer support processes. Partnerships: Support the development of partnerships with external vendors and assist in creating required offers and documentation.
