Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction to Supply Chain functions to make the right decisions for the customer and partner.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Strategy and subject matter experts to help inform new ideas by identifying areas to differentiate and capture value.
  • Review customer escalations: drive teams to determine root cause and solve for systemic problems.
  • Self-starter with strong desire to identify and lead opportunities that drive significant customer impact.
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize and drive initiatives
  • Strong collaboration and cross functional partnership skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally with all levels, develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, influence management and senior executives
