About the role
- Supervision may include the management of employees on more than one shift.
- Accountable for maintenance of training records
- Establish course structure for assigned projects within the LMS
Responsibilities
- We employ Lean manufacturing techniques to optimize manufacturing efficiency and accuracy on all product lines.
- In our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Crane Aerospace & Electronics requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check.
- Will work closely with and support the Quality, Manufacturing and Human Resources departments to identify training needs and resources.
- Develop, maintain, and update course curriculums, coordinate and assist in the development of training materials, and support delivery of training.
- Design and develop performance-focused training content for new and current operators.
- Build mechanisms to manage specific process changes with stakeholder groups

Requirements
- Proficiency in Storyline or another LMS add-on
- Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE
- It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.
Nice to have
- Certified IPC Trainer, Experience with Articulate Storyline
- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in an Organizational Development or Training capacity required. (Preferred if individual has electronic and/or mechanical assembly experience.)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, especially in a public or classroom setting.
- Proficiency in computer skills and standard business application software (i.e., Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience with LMS implementation and maintenance preferred.
- Conversant in Lean manufacturing processes and principles.
- Bachelor's Degree, Technology, Business, Human Resources, or Training is preferred
Skills
- Ability to work independently and organize effectively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Develop training manuals and materials.
- Configure/maintain curriculum for various training groups
Compensation
- Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
- $140,700 - $182,700.
- Salary range: $140,700 - $182,700.
