About the role

  • In 2023, we launched our fourth therapy and the first ever gene therapy to treat Duchenne.
  • The qualified candidate will have strong, hands-on background with molecular assays and able to execute routine assays according to the established methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific support for translational biology efforts in support of Gene Therapy, RNA, siRNA and Gene Editing programs.
  • Lead and support the development and validation of fit-for-purpose clinical and non-clinical biomarkers following the FDA Bioanalytical Method Validation guidance.
  • Document and present complex scientific concepts and findings to diverse functional groups.

Requirements

  • Performs miscellaneous related duties, as required.
  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline required.
  • M.S. degree in Biological Sciences or related field with 5+ years of relevant lab experience.
  • Experience with GCLP/GLP assay development, bioanalytical method validation, and testing.

Compensation

  • The targeted salary range for this position is $106,400 - $133,000 per year.
