Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and operational stakeholders to plan initiatives, clarify objectives, and define delivery approaches.
- Own administrative execution that enables delivery, including scheduling, follow‑ups, agenda preparation, action tracking, and consolidation of inputs.
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively address gaps to reduce friction for leadership and partners.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders across TPEO, GTS, and partner organizations to gather updates, clarify requirements, and drive alignment.
- Build strong working relationships that enable efficient execution without reliance on escalation.
- Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings, forums, and offsites as needed, including logistics, materials, stakeholder communications, and follow‑up actions.
- Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, project/program management, business coordination, or a related role.
- High proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
Nice to have
- State Street internship experience strongly preferred
Compensation
- $52,000 - $91,000 Annual
- incentive compensation including eligibility for annual performance-based awards (excluding certain sales roles subject to sales incentive plans)
