About the role
- In addition to delivering against existing priorities, this individual is expected to proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and overall program results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, product launches, program enhancements, and business priorities supporting Verizon Business
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment across Verizon stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
- Develop marketing, sales enablement, and training materials that support program awareness, adoption, and growth
- Partner with Verizon marketing, sales, and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve performance across customer journeys, digital experiences, and sales channels
- Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner to Verizon and internal stakeholders, helping drive alignment, accountability, and execution
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, close gaps, and create additional value for the business
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently and effectively manage competing priorities
Requirements

- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could impact project success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, project management, product management, client management, sales enablement, or related business functions
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into recommendations and action plans
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a track record of taking ownership beyond assigned responsibilities
- Experience working in telecommunications, technology, retail, or other fast-paced customer-facing industries preferred
