Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising. *Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.

Own the MuleSoft platform strategy, setting development standards, reusable design patterns, and DataWeave mapping best practices.
Serve as the primary technology lead for customer integration workstreams from project initiation through production.
Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and external partners to manage project timelines, implementation quality, and go-live readiness.
Develop integration testing strategies (SIT, UAT, End-to-End) and manage cutover planning, hypercare, and production stabilization.
Lead the implementation of REST/SOAP APIs, EDI transactions, file-based, and event-driven integrations.
Partner with teams to streamline customer, supplier, marketplace, and carrier connectivity.
Minimum 8 years delivering enterprise integration projects; 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft experience (design, development, and support).
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and handle multiple customer implementations simultaneously.

MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) or Platform Architect (MCPA).
Experience with EDI platforms (e.g., Orderful) and API-first integration strategies.
Experience integrating WMS, TMS, and ERP systems in a high-growth logistics environment.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
