About the role
- The HQ Facilities Coordinator ensures office is properly maintained to provide an exceptional work environment for all employees.
- This includes conference room and office set up, stocked supplies and materials, event space, and other facility issues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, transport, and restock furnishings, equipment, and supplies for all conference and meeting spaces, including the regular lifting, carrying, and positioning of items to ensure rooms remain functional and compliant with organizational standards.
- Support the maintenance and operation of office and kitchen equipment by performing basic physical troubleshooting and coordinating with approved vendors and technicians for repairs and service.
- Assist building management and facilities personnel with repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the office, including physical access to various areas, use of basic tools, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and internal distribution of mail, packages, catering orders, equipment, and other materials, requiring lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting items throughout the facility.
- Perform additional facilities‑related duties as assigned, which may involve standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and other physical activities consistent with the operational needs of the organization.

Requirements
- Active, hands‑on position with frequent walking, standing, and movement across multiple areas, as well as the ability to lift, carry, and move furniture and equipment up to 50 lbs.

- 1-3 years of related experience preferred
Compensation
- $38,000 - $50,000 annually
- In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
