About the role
- Coordinates housing applications, screening reviews, housing authority communication, submission of renewal rent increases, completes housing renewals and subsidy-related processes.
- Essential Functions: Coordinates housing application setup, renewals administration, and ongoing housing authority follow-up.
- Set up and process Section 8 voucher and other rental assistance applications in Entrata, including income reviews, screening reviews, and RFTA preparation
Responsibilities
- Uses internal systems to manage workflows and support timely processing of housing program requests.
- Manage the Voucher Applications / Affordable inboxes and housing trackers to monitor application / renewal status, outstanding items, and housing authority follow-up

Requirements
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
- 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).
Nice to have
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (Entrata preferred)
Compensation
- 15 hours of paid time annually for community service.
