About the role
- We expect this candidate to have a risk excellen t mindset and be proficient establishing an effective control environment.
- The ideal candidate should understand digital asset concepts (blockchain knowledge, understanding of digital asset types, decentralized finance, tokenization, etc).
- This role will have a dual reporting line to AML/KYC leadership and digital asset operations leadership.

- Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.

- Establish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilities
- Provide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream delivery to both the functional leadership teams and d igital a sset o perations leadership teams
- Knowledge of AML/KYC systems, processes, and overall operating model in line with Global AML policies
- Ability to escalate risks and decision points quickly to the appropriate stakeholders, whether that be functional leadership, digital leadership, and/or project leadership
- Ability to review and vet a new operating model for viability and alignment to our existing infrastructure
- Experience maintaining audit-readiness and supporting internal and external audits, compliance testing, and regulatory reviews including evidence collation, issue response coordination, and remediation tracking
- I dentifying control gaps and operational risks early and performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable action plans to prevent recurrence
- Executing on a project as a critical stakeholder, including excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Compensation
- $70,000 - $130,000 Annual
