About the role

  • We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst II to join our Reporting team.
  • Supporting this responsibility, this role must deeply understand and improve upon the full suite of our existing automated reports, consistently identifying and implementing ways to improve their efficiency, accuracy, and client-impact.
  • This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District).

Responsibilities

  • Own client-facing analysis end-to-end. Build, maintain, and produce key reports for clients across our data ecosystem, from scoping to delivery.
  • Be a thought partner to our client-facing teams. Use a deep understanding of our clients and the Garner product to partner with stakeholders, answering questions via analytically robust reports and presentations.
  • Build scalable report automation. Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable automation to create an ever-evolving suite of client reporting.
  • Close reporting gaps. Identify gaps between the needs of our clients and our reports, proactively develop new insights to fill them.
  • AI Nativity. Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.

Requirements

  • You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role.
  • Cross-functional translation.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and ownership.
  • Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
  • Automation mindset.
  • Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.

Compensation

  • The target salary range for this position is $131,000 - $140,000.
  • Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
  • In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
