Build and manage SKU-level forecasts across product lifecycle stages (launch, steady-state, LOE)
Develop actionable insights on:
Leverage analytics and market intelligence to support data-driven commercial decision-making
Support and drive execution of SDP initiatives
Own end-to-end program management for key strategic initiatives (both enterprise-level and functional).
Lead and structure Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track follow-through on action items
Drive accountability across teams to deliver business outcomes and performance targets
Own and manage organizational and functional scorecards, ensuring visibility to KPIs and performance metrics

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Commercial Analytics Lead to support our U.S. Generics business.

8-12+ years of commercial analytics experience, including 3+ years leading teams or cross‑functional programs
Advanced proficiency with SQL and one analytics language (Python or R)
Experience with advanced forecasting/optimization (time‑series, mixed‑integer programming for territory design)

Required Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Pharmacy).
Preferred Master's degree (MBA, MS Analytics/Statistics/Operations Research)
Pharmaceuticals experience required
Generics strongly preferred

Advanced proficiency with SQL and one analytics language (Python or R); expert in Excel and Power BI/Tableau
Strong stakeholder management with Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Finance
Familiarity with IQVIA/Symphony Health datasets, wholesaler data, chargeback files, and GPO contract analytics
