About the role

Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and monitors promotional activities related to the advertisement and/or marketing of grant funded programs or services;
- Establishes and maintains liaison relationships and coordinates community engagement activities with other departments, public and private agencies, and organizations and groups;
- Provides support services to county and public associations, including assistance with general communications, newsletters, activity planning, public relations, outreach efforts, general information and referral, and other technical assistance;
- Maintains related webpages and social media accounts;
- Acting as a liaison, the coordinator facilitates communication, collaboration, and participation to enhance community involvement and support organizational initiatives.

- Minimum two (2) years experience performing community outreach for transportation related projects.
- Minimum two (2) years experience receiving and responding to citizen inquiries and concerns for transportation issues such as roadway maintenance, traffic concerns, and improvement projects.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working in cooperation with governmental departments and agencies regarding transportation matters.
- Minimum one (1) experience using Maximo software.

Compensation
- $56,555 - $79,164 Annually
- Hiring Range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity.
- Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position.
- Hiring Range: $56,555 - $67,870 Annually
