About the role
- Assist in discovering and diagnosing operational improvement opportunities of customers.

Responsibilities
- As a Senior Value Engineer, you will support AI and data-driven business transformation within the High Tech sector by contributing to your customer's end-to-end value journey using the Celonis Context Model.
- As an AI-fluent operator, your core mandate is to support complex roadmaps and execute targeted transformation initiatives that improve how these businesses operate end-to-end.
- Support the mapping of Celonis into the customer's tech stack.
- Build initial business cases and assist in business value workshops to pinpoint process enhancement opportunities.
- Engage with project managers and middle management to build momentum.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to Center of Excellence (CoE) enablement programs.

- Scale Value & Innovation: Support the end-to-end customer value journey and identify expansion opportunities in your workstream. Provide actionable feedback to product development teams based on new use cases discovered in your workstreams.
- Driven by a mandate to live for customer value, you proactively seek out coming up with novel, innovative solution designs for customers.
Requirements
- Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
- 5+ years of relevant working experience with foundational knowledge in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software.

- The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
