About the role

Lead daily production operations across multiple manufacturing stations, supervising, coaching, and developing Station Leads and production employees.
Own shift performance by ensuring safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, and customer deadlines are consistently achieved.
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions when performance falls below expectations.
Resolve operational issues and make timely decisions to maintain production flow.
Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Shipping, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
Develop Station Leads through ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership development.
Promote cross-training and workforce flexibility to support changing production demands.

3+ years of prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (required).
Experience in printing, book manufacturing, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold employees accountable, including direct experience with performance management and disciplinary processes.
4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Weekend work is required based on production demands.
