About the role
- As a Project Manager, you will take charge of supervising and nurturing the professional and technical growth of team members.

Responsibilities
- Develops and manages project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Leads project execution by coordinating teams, assigning responsibilities, and aligning resources to project goals.
- Monitors project performance, manages risks and changes, and ensures work stays within scope, schedule, and budget.
Requirements
- You are passionate about:
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in highway or municipal design.
- Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.
- Using your talents to positively affect communities.
- You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills.
- Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control.
