About the role
- Receive, store, and issue materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Assemble kits of materials, parts, and components based on production work orders or pick lists.
- Verify kit contents for accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in material handling, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Complete required paperwork and labeling in compliance with company standards.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills
- experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and/or barcode scanners.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles.

- The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.11, hourly.
