- This role establishes the systems, frameworks, and accountability structures that ensure organizational decisions are guided by meaningful outcomes, high-quality data, and evidence-based practices.
- Your work will help translate data into action, strengthen performance across the organization, and demonstrate impact to families, districts, investors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of New Story's enterprise outcomes framework, measurement methodologies, and reporting standards
- Design dashboards, scorecards, and analytics tools that provide actionable insights to school, regional, and executive leaders
- Build and lead enterprise performance management systems that support accountability, continuous improvement, and strategic goal attainment
- As a member of the executive leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to build enterprise-wide capabilities, strengthen organizational performance, and help define the future of outcomes measurement and accountability.
- Your expertise will help ensure New Story continues to deliver measurable value for students, families, school districts, and communities.

- Demonstrated success designing and implementing performance measurement, reporting, or continuous improvement systems that drive organizational results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of leadership experience in outcomes measurement, analytics, research, accountability, quality improvement, data systems, or related fields
- Strong expertise in data governance, analytics, performance management, quality systems, and strategic planning
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data, technology, operations, and organizational stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy, decision-making, and organizational improvement
