- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and transparency
- Self‑motivated, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
- Exposure to program or project management fundamentals through coursework, internships, or academic projects
