About the role
- The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and driving measurable impact through site improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for site experience, focusing on user engagement, navigation, and conversion optimization.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to enhance UX/UI and overall site performance.
- Manage roadmap for platform shopping tools related to site experience.
- Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to implement features that improve customer journey and usability.
- Manage backlog and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce or digital experiences.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, site personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to drive measurable results.

Compensation
- $82,000 to $115,000 annual USD
