About the role

You will report to a Senior Manager, Engineering In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office and you should reside within approximately 50 miles of Madison, WI 53783.
Sponsorship will not be considered for this position.
Additional Information - To ensure a strong start, all employees participate in our New Employee Orientation during their first week.

Develop solutions to the level of quality defined by the requirements in adherence with standards, methodology and internal controls.
Provide appropriate documentation for design decisions, estimating assumptions, code modules, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with others regarding effectiveness of systems flow, data usage and manual or automated processes to verify requirements.
Ensure software development meets standards for programming, design, performance, quality, and security.
Create system documentation.
Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

You must have experience coding in GOSU at an insurance company.
Integrate generative AI capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Experience with application architecture, design alternatives, and development standards.
2+ years of experience in product upgrades and GW Cloud migration.
Experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC).
3+ years of experience in collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and partners to gather and refine requirements.
Experience in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
