About the role
- The Senior Manager, North America Brand Marketing will play a critical role in driving the brand's commercial success across the region.
- This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with strong execution and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- 6-10+ years of progressive brand marketing experience within consumer products, beauty, personal care, wellness, or a related industry.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of North America Marketing to execute the regional brand marketing strategy.
- Own and manage the North America marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Develop comprehensive launch plans that support commercial objectives and drive consumer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the North America Sales organization to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Support the development, tracking, and management of the North America marketing budget.
- We offer end-to-end recruitment support for full-time direct-hire positions as well as retained executive searches.
- Lead North America go-to-market planning for new product launches and key business initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Compensation
- $130k-$150k
