About the role
- at Hey Jane is looking to expand our team by adding a detail oriented, human-centered, tech-savvy Patient Care Advocate with a background in medication abortion who can provide excellent customer service on a full-time basis.
- Initially, this team member will work 30 per week on-site and 10 hours remote.

Compensation
- $60,000-$62,000 annually, salaried with benefits (plus on-site and weekend differential pay)
- Answering patient questions related to treatment, logistics, and next steps
- Troubleshooting patient concerns related to shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination
- Tracking patients through their care journey and ensuring timely follow-up
- Checking, documenting, and reporting insurance eligibility information
- Maintaining accurate documentation within the EMR while adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards
