Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence - audit and improve key processes across the Ops function, ensuring the team executes against agreed plans with consistency and rigor.
- Earns credibility quickly; able to build strong relationships with senior staff across all departments and foster alignment across teams.
Skills
- Genuinely curious about AI and its implications for how organizations operate.
- Doesn't need to have done it before, but should be excited about it.
Compensation
- Own the operating rhythm - build and maintain the cadence that keeps the COO and Ops leadership team prioritized, prepared, and following through - from weekly rhythms to annual planning.
