About the role

Responsibilities
- The PM manages, directs, and allocates resources to support the program
- Leads cross task/project planning for contractor resources, scheduling, milestones and deliverables
- Organizes, directs, and manages deployment of IT infrastructure, IT systems, IT support systems, and communications systems involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
- Manages a team of CACI and contract support personnel
- Ensures CACI back-office support to properly process invoicing and personnel security clearance requirements
Requirements
- Experience managing programs executing complex solution migrations, technical sustainment/operations, and cyber security compliance requirements.
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to obtain Yankee White designation
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree.
- Additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree.
- Business development experience
- Experience working with and briefing government and contract executive leadership
- Experience managing White House modernization programs
- What You Can Expect:
- Ensures adherence to WHCA and DOD processes, procedures, standards and policies required by the government for this program
- Required:
- Ten (10) years relevant program/project management experience, with at least three (3) years managing similarly complex multi-capability, geographically distributed projects for a program value of at least $25M per year
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional PMP Certification.
- Willingness to be on-site at customer location as required
- Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or relevant degree. Additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree.

Compensation
- There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
- We offer competitive compensation, benefits and learning and development opportunities.
- The proposed salary range for this position is:
- $109,800 - $241,600
