Responsibilities
- Install and implement Augury's hardware and services in industrial environments
- Partner with customers (external and internal) to ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction
- Manage administrative responsibilities, including service reports, customer action lists, inventory returns, and asset tracking
- Collaborate with Reliability Systems Managers to optimize product performance and customer outcomes
- Document field activities and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a background check
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience installing or troubleshooting industrial controls, electromechanical systems, and/or wireless systems
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment operation and design
- Experience working in industrial environments with adherence to safe work practices
- Professional presence and ability to represent Augury in the field
Nice to have
- Vibration Analysis Category I or II certification is a strong plus
Compensation
- The pay range for this position in Colorado, California, and New York City is $95,000 to $108,000.
