About the role
- This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects while supporting brand growth and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and web channels
- Maintain campaign calendars and track KPIs including engagement, conversion, and ROI
- Support email marketing efforts including segmentation, testing, and performance tracking
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube)
- Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and manage social media advertising campaigns
- Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives including keyword research and content optimization
- Create and manage content for social media, email, blogs, and website updates
- Maintain digital assets and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Hands-on experience with social media management, digital campaigns, and SEO
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems
- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative, self-motivated, competitive, and highly professional
- Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
- Candidate must reside or relocate to Houston, TX
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing role preferred
- Experience with email marketing platforms and paid advertising tools preferred
- Experience in a professional services environment, highly complex consulting environment, or executive search firm is highly preferred
