Responsibilities
- Train and support mentors, foremen, and construction managers in coaching and apprentice development.
- Proven experience training, mentoring, or developing construction teams (formal or informal).
Requirements
- This role is ideal for a seasoned OSP telecom professional who has hands-on experience in UG/AE construction, construction management, and training field teams.
- This position must be based in Austin or San Antonio, TX and requires regular travel to project sites.
- Qualifications 7+ years of experience in telecom construction, with strong exposure to OSP UG/AE and ISP construction.
- Strong understanding of construction management workflows, quality standards, and field operations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
Compensation
- $100k-$120k
