Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in account management
  • Prior experience in managing complex projects a plus
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • A localization background is preferred but not a requirement

  • What You Will Be Doing:
  • The Account Executive serves as a point of contact for the client, and is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and account-level engagement support. They will manage client communications, quotes, project setup, and represent client needs and goals with internal TransPerfect production groups to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction. In addition they will develop professional, value-adding relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and growth opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will have solid account management skills, project organization skills, excellent resourcefulness and problem solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with client and internal teams across multiple geographies.
