About the role
- Total administrative cost for these areas is $700M + and includes Operations, Information Technology, HealthCare Services, Chief Medical Office, Chief People Officer, Finance and Legal.
- Assist with the annual expense planning and forecasting activities for corporate shared service functional administrative costs.

Responsibilities
- The Lead Financial Planning Analyst serves as the key administrative expense support person to a subset of all enterprise functional areas.
- The position will report to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and provide business partner support and analysis.
- Support Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis through Regulatory reporting and benchmarking exercises
- Collaboration - Partner with Finance team and business partners to achieve results.

- Execute monthly close activities and conduct monthly expense reviews with leadership and act as the Finance partner for all financial matters.

- Minimum 6-8 years related business experience with finance, operations and process understanding required.
Nice to have

- Conduct Adaptative training as needed and ensure appropriate access for users (promote self-service).
- Identify and track monthly expense accrual and coordinate with AP and the accounting team
- Understand business drivers for any variances by working with the business and use analytics to challenge, explain and project and impact
- Assist with close material preparation including the monthly SVP/ELT reporting and the monthly / quarterly meetings with leadership to review and discuss.
- Business Partnership
- Serve as the primary financial contact for the areas of responsibility
- Monthly financial review meetings with key Directors and VPs

Compensation
- $97,567.76 -$146,351.64
- Compensation & Total Rewards Overview
- The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization.
- The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role
- As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay.
- Eligibility for any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits remains in the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
