- As our People Operations Manager, you will be the expert and owner of the core programs that shape our employee experience.
- You will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects and serving as a strategic advisor to the business on all operational matters.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on our HR technology stack, leading initiatives to optimize systems and improve data integrity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to identify trends and influence decisions.
- Expertise in California and federal employment law and a track record of ensuring company-wide compliance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and resolve complex issues with sound judgment.
- Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional HR projects from initial design to successful completion.
- Deep subject matter expertise in at least two of the following areas: benefits administration, compensation, HRIS management, or employee relations.
Nice to have
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems like ADP WorkforceNow, Workday, or BambooHR.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
