Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED (we can help through our FREE GEDWorks program)
- Comfortable with basic math (like counting and simple calculations).
- Team player who works well and communicates with others
- Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, warehouse, welding, construction, metals, steel, or other hands on jobs
- Strong safe work mindset
Nice to have
- Forklift & Overhead Crane experience is a plus!
Skills
- Enter and monitor order data into the computer.
- Accurately identify coils by printing and applying tags throughout the process.
- Operate coil compactor and other coil handling equipment.
- Operate hydraulic and pneumatic hand tools.
- Operate a forklift.
- Teamwork & communication is essential in this role
- Follow all safety & quality procedures
- Frequent standing, walking, kneeling. Push/pull, and lifting up to 20lbs. Reaching over 15" away from your body
Compensation
- Bonus: A $2,000 SIGN‑ON BONUS paid out after 90 days + quarterly bonuses + annual profit‑sharing bonus!
