The City of Brooks is currently seeking a Part-time Lifeguard to join our Aquatics team.
The available position mainly requires daytime availability, but there is potential for evening and weekend shifts as well.

Requirements

The successful applicant must be 16 years of age or older.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a team environment and have strong public relations, interpersonal and communication skills.
A clean criminal records check will be required before an offer of employment is presented to the successful applicant (18 years of age and older).

Compensation

The 2026 wage range for this position is $18.98 - $20.14 per hour.
Applicants who obtain a Swim Instructor Certification may become eligible for an increased wage range of $20.74 to $22.01 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
