About the role
- This role serves as a technical resource for franchise owners and associates by providing technical guidance, supporting compliance initiatives, assisting with product evaluations, and helping ensure consistent service delivery across the network.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, delivering, and maintaining technical training programs for franchise owners, managers, office staff, and service professionals.
- Provide technical guidance and operational support related to pest management, equipment, application techniques, and service quality.
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including pesticide licensing, certification requirements, and communication of regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop service protocols, operational resources, and technical documentation.
- Track training effectiveness and service quality metrics and maintain technical resource libraries and knowledge management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of pest management principles and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to travel independently (25-40%)
- 2-4 years of experience in pest management, technical services, training, or operations support.
- Certified pesticide applicator or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Required Attributes:
Nice to have
- An Associate's degree in a related field.
- Experience in mosquito or general pest management.
- Experience supporting franchise operations.
Compensation
- $25k-$40k
