Responsibilities
- Lead safe, compliant daily operations in a manufacturing suite.
- Coach and develop operators through ongoing feedback and training.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve obstacles.
- Support deviations, SOP updates, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
- Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards.
- You will play an essential role in leading night-shift manufacturing operations that support the production of therapeutic proteins.
- In this position, you will guide a team, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production activities throughout the night schedule.
Requirements
- AS/BS degree in a science field
- 5-10 years of experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
- Proven critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities for daily manufacturing challenges.
- Ability to work in cleanrooms and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- 1-4 years of supervisory or team‑leading experience preferred.
- Experience working in cleanroom environments and with automated or manual systems preferred.
