About the role

Intact Investment Management Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intact Financial Corporation (IFC) and a registered portfolio manager in Canada.
We are a global investment firm specializing in active equity and fixed-income portfolio management, managing over $30B in assets for our parent company, Intact, and other institutional investors (including pension plans).
You'll be working with a multidisciplinary team of 80+ professionals recognized for its dynamism, collaboration, and strong team spirit-working in a stimulating environment with a real impact on investment results

Assess and implement automation solutions using various tools (such as Power Automate) to increase efficiency.
Create dynamic reports to facilitate access to and understanding of data.
Document functional and technical requirements to support developers' work.

You will be part of a team whose mission is to support the various Investment teams in achieving their objectives by delivering high-quality technology tools and solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
Knowledge of AI tools such as Builder AI, Copilot, or others (an asset).
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
Relevant investment experience (an asset).
Initiative and integrity.

Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities.
Strong communication skills.
Bilingualism (French and English)
Need to interact regularly with colleagues from across the country.

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc.
The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles.
