About the role
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities Knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipment Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Participates in the ongoing training available to our crews to keep updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment.

- Strong oral and written communication required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Compensation
- $56 - $65 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results.

- Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
- Qualifications 5+ years of field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVAC Must have an EPA Certification (608) Universal License Commercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.
