Responsibilities
- Set your own hours and work remotely from anywhere in Washington.
- Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
- Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).
- Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
- No client work required.
- Active, independent clinical license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor ( LMHC ).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Bilingual Ability: Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
- Specialized Training: Experience with CBT, DBT, or similar therapeutic modalities.
- Credentialing: Active NPI number and CAQH profile.

Compensation
- Earn $110+ per hour for 1:1 supervision as an independent contractor. $150 for triadic supervision.
