- What it's like to be a Northbridge Technical Assistant, Commercial Underwriting?
- Northbridge Insurance Technical Assistants interpret customer service requests and gather relevant information to allow for quick and accurate processing of inquiries.
- Our Technical Assistants are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our underwriters and brokers - this means emails and phone calls don't go unanswered.
Responsibilities
- They work closely with our underwriters and brokers to provide technical and administrative support to them.
- NBFC cares about the community and supports the causes you believe in with donation matching and team volunteer days.

- Previous experience in an office environment
