  • This is a role with real ownership at a thirty-person, PE-backed specialty CRO.
  • We are looking for someone to step in and elevate the work.

Responsibilities

  • RDI is hiring a Senior Controller to own the finance function end to end.
  • The billing tracker is how we connect work performed to invoices issued, and we want someone who will own it, not inherit it.
  • You will own monthly borrowing-base reporting, covenant compliance with our lender, and the forecast model we share with the board each quarter and rely on between meetings.

  • The function has good bones, an engaged CEO, and an outsourced partner already handling the day-to-day.
