Responsibilities
- We're hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist to support amazing K-12 students while working with a team that truly values you.
- Deliver individualized OT services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student achievement
- Document progress, participate in team meetings, and provide input for ongoing student needs
- You'll help students build confidence and independence through therapy services that make a lasting impact - all while surviving glitter, group projects, and school spirit week.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license (or eligibility) for North Carolina
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Familiarity with ESY (Extended School Year) services is a plus
