Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of scalable HR workflows, policies, and reporting structures across regional hubs.
- Project-manage key People programs along the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring smooth and consistent delivery.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve existing HR processes leveraging AI technologies and bring recommendations to the team and partner to implement.
- Drive AI adoption across the People Success team ensuring progress against KPIs and value realization of our investments to streamline, automate and build for scale.
- Support compliance with local, state, and international employment laws (including GDPR and multi-country labor codes) under the guidance of the VP and Legal.
- Administer HR information systems to maintain accurate employee data across onboarding, changes, and offboarding workflows globally.
- Support HRIS improvement initiatives and assist in implementation projects as needed.
- Serve as a day-to-day partner to Finance on HRIS data integrity, reporting, and workflow accuracy.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams and business partners to troubleshoot issues, share updates, and ensure consistent process execution.
- Assist in evaluating the HR tech stack and support the implementation and roll out of new tools and integrations.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or a related HR generalist role.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR) and HR data management.
Compensation
- In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting.
