- Join an established transportation and logistics operation as a Support and Operations Assistant.
- Prepare and process customs broker documents for US/Canada border crossings, meeting all customs requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date driver lists, truck numbers, and plates for terminal record accuracy.
- Address dealer inquiries regarding Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, delivery discrepancies, and other related issues.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operational teams to ensure all shipment documentation is processed efficiently.
