Requirements
- Must have a current APRN license to practice from the Ohio Board of Nursing and maintain this licensure from State Nursing Board of Ohio.
- Must have current Certification and maintain this Certification from a national certifying body (ANCC, AANP)
- Must have and maintain a current Certification from a national certifying body (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) and maintain this Certification.
- Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice.
