About the role
- We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our Silver Lake clinic.
- As a foundational member of our team, you won't just provide primary care and women's health services-you'll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women.
- Built-in protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration, including dedicated weekly management time aligned across markets

- Quality & Advocacy: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Data & Tech: Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based clinical decision-making and efficient documentation.

Compensation
- for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
- The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000, depending on level and experience.
