About the role
- We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our affiliate program.
- In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and nurturing affiliate partners, driving revenue through performance-based partnerships, and leveraging data analytics to continuously improve program outcomes.
- You will collaborate closely with the content, product, and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding and developing relationships with with high-quality affiliate partners
- Monitor affiliate activity, enforce compliance, and maintain the integrity of the program
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue
- Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks
- Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines
- Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to maximize their performance
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
